I've called this post in Hebrew "it's time to put your feet in and dip them in the water (even if it's just for a short while). For the first time in my blog I'll be writing the post in Hebrew and in English. Not sure it'll be an exact translation but I wanted to do it so that Shally Steckerl and the Arbita team that I'll be writing about here, will be able to read and comment as well as my Israeli readers.
I'll start in English and continue on the bottom with the Hebrew translation – pick your favorite language and join me.
I shared with my readers that I've just recently returned from OnRec Expo 2009, were I had the pleasure of meeting very interesting speakers and delegates of the conference. I've been sharing the interviews I held during my visit in this blog, and today I want to share my short interview with Shally.
Before Shally and the tips he gave me for Israeli Recruiters, I wanted to introduce the Arbita team to the recruiters in Israel that have never heard of Arbita. We were lucky to find Arbita in our search for key innovators in the Sourcing world. Well, not sure it was only luck – when we were looking for the #1 in the business to learn from, we kept reaching Shally (at first) and then Arbita team as they merged ~18 months ago.
For nearly two decades, Arbita has been a source of innovation for the recruitment marketing industry in the US and in the world. Since 1993, Arbita has been connecting leading employers with the best talent on the Internet, all over the world. Their recruitment marketing technology, media planning and consulting services have been developed with the belief that every client deserves a partner that holds their best interests at heart.
I was invited to OnRec Expo2009 by Don Ramer and Shally Steckerl, and its been a real pleasure to meet them as well as George LaRocque in person. Great, generous, warm and loving people first and foremost. In addition, they are excellent professionals that I feel very lucky to learn from every day more and more, and we both (Yakov and myself) feel honored to partner with them. Here they are in person:
